The Liquidator of World Fuel Singapore Holding Company II, formerly known as Tunisia Enterprise Pte Ltd, on Friday (7 October) said a Final General Meeting of the company has been organised.
The meeting will take place at One Raffles Quay North Tower 18th Floor Singapore 048583, on 7 November 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
“[It will be] for the purpose of receiving an account from the Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be given, as well as to determine by Resolution, the manner in which the books and papers of the Company and of the Liquidators shall be disposed of, and to consent to the release of the Liquidators upon the dissolution of the Company and thereby discharge them from all liabilities in respect of any act done or default made by them in the administration of the affairs of the Company,” states the Liquidator.
