Singapore: Creditors to submit details of debts and claims for Dromond Shipping, related firms

The liquidators of Dromond Shipping Pte Ltd and related companies, on Tuesday (19 May) issued a notice to their creditors on the Government Gazette.
The other companies are Tidewater Emergency Response Services Pte Ltd, Tidewater Production Solutions Pte Ltd and Tidewater Salvage Pte Ltd.
The notice informed creditors of the companies to submit their names and addresses with particulars of their debts and claims to the liquidators on or before 15 June.
Liquidators may also require creditors to, “come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.”
