The final meeting of the sole members of Brilliant Star Shipping Pte. Ltd. has been scheduled to take place on 20 January 2023, according to the companies’ liquidator on notices posted on Thursday (20 October) on the Government Gazette.
The final meeting is scheduled to take place at 9 Raffles Place, #19-20 Republic Plaza Tower 2, Singapore 048619 at 10.00 am.
The purpose of the meeting is for the purpose of having an account laid before the member showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator.
A corporation which is a member of the company may, by resolution of its directors, authorise any person to act as its representative at any meetings of the company; and such representative shall be entitled to exercise the same powers on behalf of the corporation which he represents as if he had been an individual member of the company.
