Deloitte Singapore, the liquidator of Rebun Shipping Pte. Ltd. (UEN 200611894H), on Wednesday (26 January) issued a notice to the shipping firm’s creditors on the Government Gazette.
The notice informed creditors of Rebun Shipping, whose debts or claims have not already been admitted, to submit particulars of their debts or claims and any security held by them to the accounting firm on or before 27 February.
This should be done by delivering or sending through post to Deloitte Singapore a formal Proof of Debt in accordance with Form 77 containing their respective debts or claims.
Default of compliance with this notice will result in such creditors being (1) excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their debts or claims are proved or their priority is established; and (2) from objecting to any such distribution.
