Liquidators of Singapore-based Macaron Shipholding Pte Ltd on Friday (19 June) published a notice on the Government Gazette alerting the public of a decision by the company to undergo voluntary liquidation.
The decision was made on 14 June and the company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to Section 160(1) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (No. 40 of 2018).
As such, creditors of Macaron Shipholding are required, on or before 19 July 2021, to send in their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts and claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the Liquidator to prove their debts or claims.
The company is currently under care of Lau Chin Huat of 6 Shenton Way, OUE Downtown 2, #33-00, Singapore 068809 who has been appointed as the Liquidator for the purpose of winding up of the Company.
