The liquidator of An Ju Shipping Pte Ltd., on Wednesday (27 April) issued a notice to the shipping firm’s creditors on the Government Gazette.
The notice informed creditors of the company to send in their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the Liquidator on or before 27 May, 2022.
If required by notice in writing by the said Liquidator creditors are, by their solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

MPA preliminary investigations revealed that the affected marine fuel was supplied by Glencore Singapore Pte Ltd who later sold part of the same cargo to PetroChina International (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
‘MPA had immediately contacted the relevant bunker suppliers to take necessary steps to ensure that the relevant batch of fuel was no longer supplied. Further investigations are currently on-going,’ it informs.
