The General Division of the High Court of Singapore on Friday (25 November) issued a winding up order against Online Marine Services Pte. Ltd. (UEN No. 199906854W), according to a 5 December notice on the Government Gazette.
“All creditors of the abovenamed company should file their proof of debt with the liquidator(s) who will be administering all affairs of the company,” stated the notice.
