The General Division of the High Court of Singapore on 29 April issued a winding up order against Da Shun Shipping (Pte) Ltd (UEN No. 201805147R), according to a Thursday (5 May) notice on the Government Gazette.
“All creditors of the abovenamed company should file their proof of debt with the Liquidator who will be administering all affairs of the company,” stated firm’s solicitors Withers Khattarwong LLP.
The name and address of the case’s liquidator is: Yit Chee Wah c/o FTI Consulting (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., 1 Raffles Quay, #27-10, Singapore 048583.
Da Shun is a subsidiary of Xihe Capital Pte Ltd, owned by the Lim family, who are also the owners of the defunct Hin Leong Trading.
