A notice in the Government Gazette was published on Friday (11 June) regarding an upcoming meeting organised by judicial managers RSM Corporate Advisory for creditors of Hontop Energy Pte Ltd.
It informed a meeting of the creditors will be held via electronic means on the 29th day of June 2021 at 10:30 a.m. to discuss and vote on the following:
1) To approve the Judicial Managers’ Statement of Proposals;
2) To consider and if thought fit, to appoint a committee of creditors; and
3) Any other business.
Pursuant to Regulation 78 of the Companies Regulations, all creditors are required to lodge their proof for any debts or claims with the Judicial Managers by 12:00 p.m. on the 28th day of June 2021.
To be entitled to vote at the aforementioned meeting of creditors, the proxy and proof of must be lodged with the Judicial Managers not later than 12:00 p.m. on the 28th day of June 2021.
