Several notices were published on the Government Gazette on Thursday (12 January) regarding the annual general meetings to be held electronically from 21 to 22 February for several Xihe Holdings subsidiaries, namely Dafa Shipping Pte Ltd, Xin An Shipping Pte Ltd, Da Guang Tankers Pte Ltd and Dong Jiang Tankers Pte Ltd.
Annual general meetings for Dafa Shipping are to be held on 22 February at the following times:
For the company: 3.00 pm
For the creditors: 4.00 pm
Annual general meetings for Xin An Shipping are to be held on 22 February at the following times:
For the company: 10.00 am
For the creditors: 11.00 am
Annual general meetings for Da Guang Tankers are to be held on 21 February at the following times:
