The High Court of the Republic of Singapore on Monday (7 February) issued a winding up order against Xihe Capital Pte Ltd subsidiary Nan Fang Maritime Pte Ltd (UEN 199203561Z), according to a 11 February post on the Government Gazette.
“All creditors of the abovenamed Company should file their proof of debt with the Liquidators who will be administering all affairs of the Company,” it stated.
