PS Energy Group on Tuesday (28 April) announced the launch of MGO Go, its dedicated marine fuel trading and bunkering arm, which will assume the bunkering activities currently carried out under CNC Petroleum for coastal and offshore customers in Singapore.
The new brand more accurately represents the breadth of its service offerings, while streamlining operations of its Coastal & Offshore Islands Refuelling and Marine Vessels Bunkering divisions to deliver greater operational efficiency and service consistency.
“The launch of MGO Go represents more than a new brand—it reflects how we are evolving to better serve the marine industry,” said Sean Chua, Managing Director of PS Energy Group.
“It aligns our brand with what we already do best—delivering dependable, end-to-end marine fuel solutions—while enabling us to operate more efficiently and respond faster to customer needs.”
“MGO Go is built around the realities of how marine operations work today—fast-moving, complex, and requiring dependable execution,” added Patrick Ng, Executive Director of PS Energy Group.
“With our fully owned assets and operational control, we are able to provide customers with flexible fuelling solutions while maintaining high standards of safety, precision, and reliability.”

Under the MGO Go brand, customers will benefit from a strong and comprehensive suite of services, including:
- Alongside bunkering via tanker trucks
- Ship-to-ship (STS) bunkering
- Fuel delivery to offshore islands and coastal worksites
- Refuelling vessels through dedicated coastal kiosks
These capabilities enable MGO Go to support complex marine operations more efficiently, with improved coordination, faster turnaround times, and consistent service delivery across all touchpoints.
MGO Go operates one of the few fully comprehensive marine fuel supply chains in Singapore, supported by owned and managed assets including:
- Coastal barges for refuelling along coastlines and delivery to islands and coastal worksites
- Marine barges for ship-to-ship bunkering
- Land-based tanker fleet for alongside delivery
- A dedicated refuelling jetty
Its operations are supported by digital systems that enhance transparency and accuracy at key transfer points, while enabling customers to transition toward more sustainable, lower-carbon fuel solutions.
