GAC Bunker Fuels obtains ISCC certification for traceable marine biofuels

GAC Bunker Fuels on Friday (20 June) said it has obtained International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) certification.
“That means we can supply fully sustainable, traceable marine biofuels that meet strict environmental and social standards, helping our customers reduce their carbon footprint and stay compliant with FuelEU Maritime, ETS and other evolving regulations,” GAC Bunker Fuels said in a social media post.
ISCC is a global system that verifies sustainable, low-carbon supply chains from raw materials to final delivery.
“Getting certified meant auditing our processes, suppliers and documentation to meet those high standards,” the company added.
“We take our responsibility to protect the environment seriously,” said its Global Director, Martyn McMahon.
“These certifications reflect the groundwork we’ve put in – not just to meet a standard, but to deliver real value to customers moving toward net zero.”
