AAG Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd has become the provisional liquidator for Daichi Shipmanagement, according to a Government Gazette notice on Monday (26 October).
The notice reads:
Following a resolution passed by the directors of the abovenamed company that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that Mr. Abuthahir Abdul Gafoor and Ms. Yessica Budiman, both care of AAG Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd of 105 Cecil Street, #22-00 The Octagon, Singapore 069534, have been appointed as joint and several Provisional Liquidators of the abovenamed company on the 16th day of October 2020.
In a separate notice in the Government Gazette on the same day, Koh Guek Lan, the Director of Daichi Shipmanagement, published a call for a creditor’s meeting to be held via audio visual communication on Monday (9 November) at 11.00 am.
The purpose for the meeting is stated to be:
