Prior to joining Hawks, Mohite worked for 17 years in various maritime sectors, where he worked in purchasing and operations for Inchcape, GAC and Waterfront Maritime Services.

Beshara comes to Hawks with 15 years of work experience in business development, international marketing, and customer relations in a variety of commercial fields.

Meanwhile, Maxim Baev will focus on cargo sourcing and trading and assist with risk management. He comes to Hawks with a career spanning almost 30 years working in cargo trading, business development and refinery management in BP, Cargill, Essar, Al Ghurair and OMTI.

“We have a number of exciting developments planned for the second half of 2025. Already this year we have added four tankers to the fleet including Hawks Liberty, which at 25,000 DWT is our largest products tanker to date” said Hassan Rifau, the Hawks Group CEO.

“And we will grow our trading team across the network hand-in-hand with the expansion of our physical supply businesses and the tanker fleet.”
