Singapore: Liquidator schedules final meeting for GC Oil Trading

The final meeting of members for GC Oil Trading Pte Ltd, has been scheduled to take place on 7 October, according to the company’s liquidator on a notice posted on Monday (8 September) on the Government Gazette.
The meeting will be held 7500A Beach Road, #05-303/304 The Plaza, Singapore 199591 at 10 am.
The meeting is being held for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator.

Note: Pursuant to Section 181 of the Companies Act 1967, a member entitled to attend this meeting is entitled to appoint another person or persons (whether a member or not) as his proxy to attend in his stead. Proxies and registration forms to be used at the meeting must be emailed to [email protected] or by post to the office of the Liquidator not less than 48 hours before the meeting.
