A notice was published in the Government Gazette on Wednesday (28 April) 5pm SGT regarding the restructuring of Viking Offshore and Marine Limited (Viking Offshore).
According to the notice, the application for the restructuring was based on an order from a proposed Scheme of Arrangement dated 22 February 2021 between Viking Offshore and its creditors.
A hearing has been scheduled for the application at 2.30pm on Friday 28 May. Anyone who intends to oppose the application may appear at the hearing by himself or by his counsel.
