An extraordinary general meeting to pass several resolutions for Celebes Lines Pte. Ltd. and related companies, was held on Tuesday (15 November), according to a notice released on 22 November posted on the Government Gazette.
The other companies are Thong Yong 2000 Marine Pte Ltd and Thong Yong International Pte Ltd.
The following resolutions were resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Member of the above companies duly convened and held via tele-conference 10 am, 10.15 am and 10.30 am respectively:
