Several notices were published on the Government Gazette on Monday (25 November) regarding the annual general meetings to be held electronically on 10 December for Nan King Maritime Pte Ltd and Dong Nan Tankers Pte Ltd.
Annual general meetings for Nan King Maritime are to be held:
Annual general meeting of the Company at 2pm
Annual general meeting of the creditors of the Company at 3pm
Annual general meetings for Dong Nan Tankers are to be held:
Annual general meeting of the Company at 10am
Annual general meeting of the creditors of the Company at 11am
The agenda for all the meetings are:
- To receive an update on the liquidation.
- To receive an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding up.
