Singapore maritime firms Harley Marine Asia Pte Ltd and Harley Marine International Holdings Pte Ltd, both subsidiaries of Seattle-based marine transportation firm Harley Marine Services, will be holding a creditors meeting at the republic on 23 October, 2018.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 296 of the Companies Act, Cap. 50, a meeting of the creditors of (1) Harley Marine Asia Pte Ltd and (2) Harley Marine International Holdings Pte Ltd will be held at 600 North Bridge Road #23-01 Parkview Square Singapore 188788 on the 23rd day of October 2018 at (1) 3.00 pm and (2) 4.00 pm for the purposes of:-
Harley Marine Asia left the Maritime and Port of Singapore (MPA) list of accredited bunker suppliers at Singapore in February 2018; it ranked 48th (by volume) out of a total 55 bunker suppliers operating at the republic in 2017.
The company, however, still holds a bunker craft operator license at the republic, according to the latest MPA document.
