Singapore-based Krisenergy Marine Pte Ltd (Reg. No. 200205551N) on 23 August entered into voluntary liquidation, according to a Friday (27 August) notice on the Government Gazette.
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to Section 160(1)(b) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018,” stated Director Kelvin Tang Chih Hao in the notice.
Abuthahir Abdul Gafoor and Yessica Budiman care of AAG Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd, 144 Robinson Road, #14-02 Robinson Square, Singapore 068908 have been appointed as joint and several Liquidators for the purposes of winding up the affairs of Krisenergy Marine.
