Singapore: Liquidators issue notice of dividend for Xihe Holdings subsidiaries

Second interim dividend for Dong Fang Shipping & Trading and third interim dividend for Xin Sheng Shipping are payable from 19 November, according to Government Gazette notices.

Several notices of dividend were published in the Government Gazette on Wednesday (19 November), to creditors of Xihe Holdings’ subsidiaries – Dong Fang Shipping & Trading Pte Ltd and Xin Sheng Shipping (Pte) Ltd. 

Xihe Holdings Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries are owned by the Lim family, who are also the owners of the Singapore-based defunct oil trading company Hin Leong Trading.

A creditors’ meeting of Fair Wind Chartering Pte Ltd has been scheduled to take place on 6 October, according to a Tuesday (22 September) notice on the Government Gazette.

The meeting will be held via video conferencing at 3pm for the following agenda: 

  • To receive a Statement of Affairs of the Company, showing the assets and liabilities, together with a list of creditors and the estimated amount of their claims.
  • To confirm the appointment of Chee Fung Mei, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of CHEE FM & ASSOCIATES 110 Middle Road #05-03 Singapore 188968 as Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such voluntary winding up, and that the Liquidator’s fees be based on her normal scale rates and disbursements incurred be paid out of the Company’s assets.
  • To consider and if deemed fit appoint a Committee of Inspection.
  • To consider any other matters which may properly be brought before the meeting.

According to the Singapore Business Directory website, the company’s principal activity is shipping and chattering of ships or boats.

Singapore: Final general meetings scheduled for Dromond Shipping, related firms

A member is entitled to attend the meetings and should notify the liquidators’ team office via email no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting.

The final general meetings of Dromond Shipping Pte Ltd  and related companies have been scheduled to take place on 19 October, according to the company’s liquidator on a notice posted on Friday (18 September) on the Government Gazette.

The other companies are Tidewater Emergency Response Services Pte Ltd, Tidewater Production Solutions Pte Ltd and Tidewater Salvage Pte Ltd. 

The final general meetings of the members of the companies will be held via electronic means on 19 October 2026 at 2.00 pm, 2.30 pm, 3.00 pm and 3.30 pm (Singapore time), respectively.

The meetings are being held for the purpose of having accounts laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding up of the respective companies has been conducted and how the property of the respective companies has been disposed of and to hear any explanation that may be given by the liquidators.
