A hearing between legal representatives of Singapore bunkering firm Energe Asia Pte Ltd (UEN No. 201617779H) and Petco Trading Labuan Company Ltd. (PETCO) (Malaysia Registration No. LL06781) is scheduled to take place at the High Court, Supreme Court of Singapore on 28 November.
The development will see the winding up application (earlier submitted by PETCO on 7 November), the trading arm of Malaysia’s national oil and gas company PETRONAS, being heard before the court.
Energe Asia is expected to contest the winding up application.
Any creditor or contributory of Energe Asia desiring to support or oppose the making of an order on the winding up application may appear at the time of hearing by themselves or their counsel.
They may also request a copy of the winding up application from the applicant’s solicitors, subject to payment of the regulated charge.
