Singapore: Final meeting scheduled for JITF Shipping & Logistics

The final meeting for JITF Shipping & Logistics (Singapore) Pte Ltd has been scheduled to take place on 19 December, according to the company’s liquidators on a notice posted on Monday (17 November) on the Government Gazette.
The meetings will be held at 11am through an audio-visual conference.
It will be held at 133 Cecil Street, #14-01 Keck Seng Tower, Singapore 069535.
The meeting is being held for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator.
