Singapore: Final general meeting scheduled for Koncord Shipping

Meeting will be held at 80 Cecil Street #12-01 Singapore 069546 on 2 February at 10am to hear any explanation given by liquidators, according to Government Gazette notice.
The final general meeting of Singapore-based firm Koncord Shipping Pte Ltd has been scheduled to take place on 2 February, according to the company’s liquidators on a notice posted on
Tuesday (2 January) on the Government Gazette.
The meeting will be held at 180 Cecil Street #12-01 Singapore 069546 at 10am.
The meetings are being held for the purpose of:
- To consider the Liquidators’ Statement of Accounts showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereon.
- To resolve that pursuant to Section 195(2) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018, the books and papers of the Company and of the Liquidators be destroyed 5 years after the dissolution of the Company.
