Singapore: Koncord Shipping Pte Ltd to be wound up voluntarily

Creditors are required on or before 14 August 2023 to send in their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to appointed liquidators, according to Government Gazette notices.

A special resolution for Koncord Shipping Pte Ltd (Company Registration No.202203820G) was made during an extraordinary meeting held on Friday (14 July), according to a notice in the Government Gazette on 19 June.

The resolution set out below were duly passed:

  1. the company be wound up voluntarily and that Mr. Masao Yamashika and Mr. Yiong Kok Kong of Avic DKKY Pte. Ltd., 180 Cecil Street, #12-04, Singapore 069546 be appointed as joint and several Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding-up

In another notice, the liquidators said creditors are required on or before 14 August 2023 to send in their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the liquidators at 180 Cecil Street, #12-04, Singapore 069546. 

Liquidators may also require creditors to, “come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.”
