Baltic Exchange: Bunker Report (23 November, 2023)

The following bunker report has been provided by freight market information provider Baltic Exchange for post on Singapore bunkering publication Manifold Times:
Commentary:
It is a quiet market in the west, with the U. S. Thanksgiving holiday, but volatility is always just around the corner due to conflicts and weather. In Singapore, there is tight availability for bunker stems through the balance of November, especially HS grades. Supplies are more plentiful for December deliveries, though pre-booking is still highly suggested by the broker community.
