MPA gives notice on scheduled maintenance of port clearance portal digitalPORT@SG

The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) on Friday (26 August) issued Port Marine Notice No. 69 of 2023 which gives notice to the shipping community on a scheduled maintenance for digitalPORT@SG, a one-stop port clearance portal for ships calling at the Port of Singapore:

Scheduled Maintenance for digitalPORT@SGTM from 14 August 2023 2230hrs to 15 August 2023 0330hrs

digitalPORT@SG will undergo a scheduled maintenance from 14 August 2023 2230hrs to 15 August 2023 0330hrs. During the maintenance period, all e-services in digitalPORT@SGTM will not be available.

For urgent MPA port clearance applications during the maintenance period, shipping agents can duly complete and submit the manual application form via the link provided in digitalPORT@SGTM Maintenance Notice during the maintenance period or contact MLP at [email protected].

For urgent ICA related applications (e.g. arrival, departure, sign-on, sign-off) during the maintenance period, shipping agents can access the CREW FormSG via https://go.gov.sg/vesselandcrewmatters or contact ICA PCS at [email protected].  For manual applications (e.g. arrival, departure, sign-on, sign-off), shipping agents can duly complete and submit the application form via the link provided in digitalPORT@SGTM Maintenance Notice during the maintenance period.

For urgent port clearance related to fishing vessels, please contact SFA at 6265 1680 or send email to [email protected].
