Singapore: High court issues winding up order against Online Marine Services

All creditors of the company should file their proof of debt with the liquidator who will be administering all affairs of the company, according to Government Gazette notice.

The General Division of the High Court of Singapore on Friday (25 November) issued a winding up order against Online Marine Services Pte. Ltd. (UEN No. 199906854W), according to a 5 December notice on the Government Gazette. 

“All creditors of the abovenamed company should file their proof of debt with the liquidator(s) who will be administering all affairs of the company,” stated the notice. 

The names and addresses of the case’s joint and several liquidators are:

Manifold Times earlier reported the winding up application of Online Marine Services was scheduled to be heard at the High Court of Singapore on 25 November. 

The application was filed by Tristar Shipping Co SA on 2 November, 2022.
