Genshipping Pacific Line call for meeting of creditors to approve disbursements

Meeting is scheduled to be held electronically on Friday, 16 April at 3.00 pm and creditors may attend by submitting a General Proxy form to Liquidators by 15 April.

A notice was published in the Government Gazette on Wednesday (7 April) regarding the winding up of Genshipping Pacific Line Pte Ltd.

According to the notice, the Liquidators of the company are calling for a creditors meeting to be held electronically on Friday, 16 April at 3.00 pm to: 

  • updating the creditors on the status of the liquidation of the Company;
  • approving the liquidators’ fees and disbursements;
  • any other business.

 In view of Covid-19 measures, creditors may only attend the above meeting by way of video conference by submitting a General Proxy or Special Proxy form (along with the proof of debt form) and include details of attendees to the Liquidators via email by 12.00 pm on Thursday, 15 April.
