West Port Bunkering Services and affiliates clarify position of alleged CEO/Director

Malaysian bunker fuel companies West Port Bunkering Services Sdn Bhd (WPBS), World Oil Hub (WOH), and Smart Crest Sdn Bhd (SCSB) said in a joint public notice that Lim Kian Boon (also known as “KB Lim” or “Datuk KB Lim”) is not and has never been the Chief Executive Director or director, or shareholder or owner of the said companies. 

The Boards of WPBS, WOH annd SCSB clarified that Lim has not been appointed or otherwise appointed to present, propose, discuss, negotiate or transact anny deals, MOU’s, contracts, agreements on their behalf. 

WPBS is the owner of WEBS Terminal located on Pulau Indah in Selangor and WOH is the parent company of WPBS, reads the notice.

SCSB is an SPV Company that was incorporated for the implementation of the Independent Petroleum Hub (IPH) project within Iskandar Malaysia.
