Singapore-based international bunker trading house Singfuels on Friday (17 July) announced the appointment of five team members.
Satnam Singh Vaseer was welcomed as Chief Operating Officer (COO), in addition to his role as Director of Sing Fuels.
In Vaseer’s role as COO, he strategises and implements business policies and oversees global operations of the company.
“Being a part of Sing Fuels since inception has given me an unique opportunity to have a holistic view and an innate understanding of our company’s DNA and culture,” said Vaseer.
“Our journey has witnessed challenges in various capacities and we are proud of where we are today. We still have a long way to go and it will be my endeavor to bring out the best version of our team in order to realize our dreams and goals.”
Andy Ng was appointed Team Lead – Bunker Division, in addition to his role as Sourcing Manager, S.E.A. where he will develop strategies in growing the Asia team and managing day-to-day activities.
Kelvin Wong was welcomed as Team Lead – Cargo Division, in addition to his role as Vice President – VP (Cargo, S.E.A), where he will strategise on how to grow the cargo business and oversee daily operations of the team.

Sanket Sudhakar Naik was designated as VP – Treasury and Investments where he will be responsible for strategising cash flow management, financial relationships management and evaluating new business opportunities.
Ulrich Rasmussen was welcomed as VP – Credit Risk Management where he will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing credit risk policies and processes, noted Sing Fuels.
Haydn Lockhart-Barker was appointed VP – Supply Chain of Sing Fuels where he will oversee the development and management of supply chain operations.
