The Vietnam 4th Coast Guard Region Command on Friday (14 February) detained ship vessel 96868 TS in waters 60 nautical miles south of Con Dao Island.
The vessel was found manned by six crew members. According to the captain’s initial testimony, the vessel was transporting about 100,000 litres of undocumented diesel oil.
The coast guard has issued a temporary seizure of relevant evidence found in connection to the alleged violation; 98968 TS was escorted to Nam Can – Ca Mau port for further investigation.

Claim relates to deliveries of MGO to the vessels Pacific Diligence, Pacific Valkyrie, Pacific Defiance, Crest Alpha 1, and Pacific Warlock between March 2020 to April 2020.
