Vietnam: Coast Guard detains HP-3839 for transporting 25,000 litres of illegal diesel oil
The Vietnam Coast Guard inspected iron-hulled oil tanker HP-3839 on Sunday (6 June) at 4am and found it contained 25,000 litres of diesel oil.

Initial investigation found the ship, which had four crew members on board, to be transporting more than 80,000 litres of diesel oil with no documents proving its legal origin.
