Deloitte & Touche LLP, liquidator and judicial manager of Technics Oil & Gas Limited, has filed a winding up order for the company on 25 May, according to its Monday (7 June) post on the Government Gazette.
In the note, it said that all creditors of Technics Oil & Gas should file their proof of debt with the liquidator, who will be administering all affairs of the company.
Earlier on 28 April, the liquidator had made a winding up application for Technics Oil & Gas.
