International government and defense sector fuel supplier Stonewin on Wednesday (25 March) said it has partnered with World Fuels Services to arrange the supply of marine fuel to the latest Royal Navy newbuild flagship aircraft carrier, the HMS Prince of Wales during its inaugural visit to Liverpool earlier in March 2020.
This supply was structured under the NATO Support and Procurement Services (NSPA) marine fuel supply contract that Stonewin holds for the UK and other regions around the globe, it said.
The supply took place at the Liverpool Cruise Liner Terminal with the total amount of 1,080 mt of marine gasoil delivered to the aircraft carrier by World Fuel Services’ truck fleet.
