Singapore-listed South Korean global shipping company Pan Ocean Co Ltd on Monday (12 April) said the company has entered into a time charter contract for a liquified natural gas (LNG) Bunkering Vessel with Shell NA LNG, LLC.
The contract was finalised on Friday, 9 April 2021 and the company estimates the total sales to be approximately USD 55 million.
The contract will commence from May 2023 and includes a firm duration as well as two extension options during the contract period. The total duration would be eight years depending on Shell’s decision.
