Singapore: Valentina, Letitia and Edwina Shipping to hold final winding up meeting

hree notices were published in the Government Gazette on Thursday (4 February) regarding a final meeting in the winding up of Edwina Shipping Co Ltd, Letitia Shipping Co Ltd, and Valentina Shipping Co Ltd. 

All three notices stated the final meeting of the sole member of all three companies will be held at 56 Neil Road, Singapore 088830 on Friday, 5 March 2021 at 12:00 pm.

The purpose of the meeting was published as follows:

1. To receive the liquidator’s accounts showing how the winding-up has been conducted and hear any explanations thereon.
2. To resolve the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the liquidator shall be disposed of.

It should be noted that any member eligible to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his stead and a proxy need not be a member of the company.
