Singapore: Sing Fuels among top ten winners of famed Enterprise 50 Awards

20 Dec 2021

Singapore-based international bunker trading house Sing Fuels on Friday (17 December) said it has been recognised as one of the Top 10 winners of the prestigious Enterprise 50 Awards.

Winners of the award for the ‘Innovating for a Sustainable Future’ theme in 2021 are acknowledged for their excellent performance, resilience and good sustainability practices, according to the company.

“The Enterprise 50 committee identify and award companies which use or will implement innovative solutions to shape a sustainable future,” it states.

“These transformations will not only support the companies in adapting and thriving, but also build a more sustainable, resilient and inclusive Singapore.”

In the last year, Sing Fuels has expanded and diversified its portfolio across different geographies.

Strategic plans were carried out for the continued growth and strengthening of presence in key markets.

Other than physical expansion, Sing Fuels is also exploring more products to trade, including Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG).

The firm, meanwhile, is working on a project to offer carbon offset plans for companies to offset emissions.

Recently, it has also collaborated with V-flow Tech to provide Africa with clean energy by using sustainable microgrids.

“Sing Fuels is proud to be one of the Top 10 winners and would like to thank valued customers, suppliers, partners and employees for their continued support,” it highlights.

Throughout 2021, Sing Fuels hired several executives as part of company expansion plans for its bunkering desk; amongst those are:
