The final meeting of Teras Conquest 8 Pte Ltd has been scheduled to take place on 27 December, according to the company’s liquidators on a notice posted on Monday (27 November) on the Government Gazette.

The final meeting of the company and creditors will be held at 8 Wilkie Road, #03-08 Wilkie Edge, Singapore 228095 through an audio-visual conference at 10.30 am.

The meetings are being held for the purpose of having an account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the respective company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.

The Special Resolution set out below was duly passed:

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hamish Alexander Christie care of H.A. Christie & Co at 1 Raffles Place #10-62 One Raffles Place Singapore (048616) be appointed as Liquidator of the Company to act for the purpose of such winding-up the affairs of the Company.

Given that no quorum was met at the Creditors’ Meeting held on 3 October 2023 and at the adjourned Creditors’ Meeting held on 16 October 2023, the above Special Resolution was deemed duly passed by Shareholder’s Resolution on 16 October 2023 pursuant to S160(1)(b) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (Act 40 of 2018).
