Two notices were published in the Government Gazette on Thursday (25 March) regarding the winding up of Marina Poise Shipping Pte Ltd.
According to the first notice the following resolutions were duly passed on Thursday, 18 March by way of written resolution:
The second notice calls for creditors of the company to send in their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the appointed Liquidator by Monday, 26 April.
If so required, creditors are to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in a notice in writing from the Liquidator, risk being excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
