Singapore: Liquidators schedule final meeting for Vale Shipping Holding Pte Ltd

The final meeting of Vale Shipping Holding Pte Ltd has been scheduled to take place on 22 September, according to the company’s liquidators on a notice posted on Wednesday (23 August) on the Government Gazette.
The meeting will held at 144 Robinson Road, #14-02 RobinsonSquare, Singapore 068908 at 10 am.
The meeting is being held for the purpose of:
- having accounts laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and
- hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidators.
