Singapore: Creditors’ meetings scheduled for Kreuz Subsea Marine

Meeting will be held electronically on 6 July at 10.00 am for creditors to know the estimated amounts of their claims, according to the Government Gazette.
The creditors’ meeting of Kreuz Subsea Marine Pte. Ltd. has been organised by the order of the Board, states a Friday (24 June) notice posted on the Government Gazette.
The meeting for the creditors of the company will be held electronically on 6 July at 10.00 am for the following purposes:
- receiving a statement of the Company’s affairs together with a list of creditors and the estimated amounts of their claims;
- appointing liquidators;
- forming a committee of inspection of not more than 5 members, if thought fit; and
- any other business.
