The creditors’ meeting of An Zhong Shipping Pte. Ltd, has been organised by the liquidator of the company, states a Thursday (19 September) notice posted on the Government Gazette.

The meeting for creditors of the company will be held at 144 Robinson Road, #14-02 Robinson Square, Singapore 068908, on 4 October at 10.30 am.

The purposes of the meeting are:

receiving a statement of the Company’s affairs together with a list of creditors and the estimated amounts of their claims;
appointing Liquidator(s);
appointing a committee of inspection of not more than 5 members, if thought fit;
any other business.
