Singapore: Creditors’ meeting for Indradi Maritime adjourned to 16 October

Creditors’ meeting was held electronically on 3 October 2023 at 4 pm but as the quorum was not present, the meeting was adjourned until 16 October 2023.
The creditors’ meeting of Indradi Maritime Pte. Ltd, has been adjourned to 16 October, states a Friday (6 October) notice posted on the Government Gazette.
According to the notice, the meeting for the firm was held electronically on 3 October 2023 at 4 pm.
“But appearing that the quorum was not present, the meeting was adjourned until the 16th day of October 2023 at 4 pm via electronic means,” Hamish Alexander Christie, Chairman, said, in the notice.
