Annual general meetings for Hua Gang Shipping Pte Ltd and Nan Ya Maritime Pte Ltd will be held on 13 and 14 August respectively to receive updates on firms’ liquidation, according to notices.
The annual general meetings of Xihe Holdings subsidiaries Hua Gang Shipping Pte Ltd and Nan Ya Maritime (Pte) Ltd are scheduled to take place via electronic means on 13 and 14 August, according to a Wednesday (30 July) notice on the Government Gazette.
Annual general meeting for Hua Guang Shipping are to be held on 13 August at the following times:
For the company: 10 am
For the creditors: 11 am
Annual general meeting for Nan Ya Maritime are to be held on 14 August at the following times:
For the company: 10am
The agenda of the meetings is:
- To receive an update on the liquidation.
- To receive an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding up.
