Annual general meetings of companies and creditors will be held electronically on 31 July for Xin Ya Shipping & Trading and Nan Sia Maritime, according to Goverment Gazette notices.

Notices were published on the Government Gazette on Thursday (17 July) regarding scheduled annual meetings, to be held by electronic means, for Xihe Holdings subsidiaries Xin Ya Shipping & Trading Pte Ltd and Nan Sia Maritime Pte Ltd. 

Annual general meetings for Xin Ya Shipping & Trading are to be held on 31 July at the following times:

For the company: 3pm
For the creditors: 4pm

Annual general meetings for Nan Sia Maritime are to be held on 31 July at the following times:

For the company and creditors: 3pm

AGENDA

  • To receive an update on the liquidation.
  • To receive an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding up.
