It gives us pleasure to announce the appointment of Krishnamachari (Krish) as our Director, Finance & Operations. Krish will be based out of Singapore and head Sing Fuels’ Finance & Operations team globally.
Krishnamachari’s Professional Profile:
Krish is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and has over Three & Half Decades of working experience in India, Middle East and Singapore. He has held CFO and VP (Finance) positions with MNCs across industries and was lastly with Hewlett Packard as Director (Finance) in Singapore / Malaysia. During his career, he has led several Business Turn Around initiatives and been actively involved in M&A Projects, ensuring seamless transfer of business under new management. Krish has handled Treasury, Corporate & Tax Planning Functions with hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing, Corporate Taxation and GST.
In the last 3 years, he was providing CFO Services, which included Consulting SMEs across Industries in Singapore. His specialization includes Process Reviews, FP&A, Working Capital Management, MIS Reporting, M&A etc. Krish has authored books titled “Working Capital Management” and “A Controllers Handbook” to help aspiring Finance Controllers.
Krish is based out of Singapore with his wife and two sons, who are graduate engineers and are working with established companies.
Krish joined Sing Fuels Full-Time as Director (Finance & Operations) on 1st August 2018. We are confident that the company will benefit immensely from his vast experience.
