A notice was published in the Government Gazette on Friday (9 April) regarding a Winding Up Application filed by Rhodium Trading Australia Pty Ltd against Seashore Resources Pte Ltd as a creditor of the company.
According to the notice, the application was filed on 30 March at the High Court of Singapore and a hearing is scheduled to be held on Friday, 23 April at 10 am.
Any creditor or contributory of the company who wishes to support or oppose the winding up application may appear at the time of hearing must serve or post his intention to do so in writing to Rhodium Trading’s solicitors.
The notice must state the name and address of the person, or, if a firm, the name and address of the firm, and must be signed by the person, firm, or his or their solicitors (if any) and must be served, or, if posted, must reach the solicitors not later than 12 pm on Thursday, 22 April.
