Several notices were published in the Government Gazette on Thursday (18 February) regarding the petition for several Xihe Capital Pte Ltd subsidiaries to be placed under judicial management was approved.
As reported earlier by Manifold Times, Xihe Holdings filed a petition in October, 2020, as a creditor of the companies.
According to the published notices, the petition was approved on Wednesday, 10 February.
